Nopeming Sanatorium. The team face the horror of their childhood nightmares, Minnesota's most-notorious sanatorium. They must find a lot of courage to confront the terror inside.

Sheboygan County Asylum. Dakota sets up the most chilling overnight yet, inside a shuttered Wisconsin asylum. They become the first team to ever sleep inside its abandoned halls.

Cambria County Jail. Dakota leads the team to investigate a dungeon deep in the bowels of the old Cambria County Jail. Can they cope with the terrifying isolation and disorientation?

Saratoga County Homestead. Dakota leads Chelsea, Tanner and Alex to a decaying sanatorium where some patient corpses were unclaimed due to a flu pandemic.

Old Bourbon Distillery. The team explore one of America's oldest bourbon distilleries. It was the site of barbaric working conditions that led to the demise of many workers.

Joliet Prison. Chelsea gets revenge on the team by taking them to Chicago's historic Joliet Prison. One team member experiences their most sickening night ever.
